Hi! Allow me to give a little introduction. Us; students and working professionals who are looking for a like-minded individual that will contribute to a 'chill house vibe'. We are clean and respectful, enjoy playing music, cycling, exercising and cooking. We have a great patio for entertaining friends and definitely have some fun all the while respecting other peoples schedules. That being said, on November 01, 2025 we are looking to rent a single room with a minimum 6 month lease. We have lots of storage available and a dry place to keep your bicycle. On top of the rent, we pay for electricity and heat (which can be anywhere from $50 - $90/month/each.) Internet is included in the rent and data is unlimited w/ Wifi 6. We have all of the general household amenities so you can just move your stuff right in. We all contribute to maintaining a clean house by divvying up chores and responsibilities that include cleaning spaces outside of your room. It is a large room and can easily fit a queen bed, a large desk and side tables, couch and TV area. The house has 2.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, fireplace, small backyard with garden and greenhouse! I think we will instate a mandatory 'minimum two plants' to be added to the house when you move in. Just because plants are good stuff. You - (and we're gonna cut right to the chase) you have money, you have a sense of humour, you are clean and you have friends - in that order of importance as well.
