Renters will also need a guarantor to pay rent. Pricing may be flexible if renter helps with maintenance. King bedroom with ensuite bathroom is reserved for owners occasional use. If renter wants the King bedroom with the ensuite bathroom with a 2-person soaker tub it's $300 per month more, then landlord will reserve a Queen room for his occasional use.
