Hi-Bridge Liquor Consulting Ltd is looking for a Corporate sales managers(NOC 60010) Duties and Responsibilities as a Corporate sales managers(NOC 60010),but not limited - Plan, guide, and evaluate the sales department activities of Hi-Bridge Liquor Consulting Ltd in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail sectors, ensuring alignment with the company's consulting business objectives. - Organize sales operations for regions and divisions, especially projects related to liquor industry consultation and strategy. - Define organizational policies and procedures related to sales, with a particular focus on standards and best practices for liquor consulting services. - Determine strategic planning related to new liquor product lines, providing clients with market entry and positioning consultation. - Lead the sales team in establishing relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts, especially those related to liquor market strategies and analysis consulting services. - Recruit sales personnel suitable for the liquor consulting sector, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the liquor market, provide relevant training, and manage them effectively. - Work closely with the marketing department to ensure understanding and effective communication of market information, especially trends in the liquor market and consulting services. - Collect and analyze feedback from liquor industry clients to improve consulting services and solutions, ensuring continuous alignment with industry needs and changes. - Regularly conduct competitive analysis in the liquor consulting domain, providing Hi-Bridge with suggestions related to market positioning and differentiated services. - Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., research and analysis, brand strategy, etc.) to ensure that sales proposals align with the company's core capabilities and resources, and manage consulting projects with liquor clients, ensuring timely completion within budget and of high quality.
