394045 Alberta ltd Dba J & D Food Services is looking for a General Manager NOC 00014 Duties and Responsibilities as a General Manager NOC 00014,but not limited 1. Establish long-term and short-term business goals for J&D Food Services based on the trends and needs of the wholesale food market. 2. Develop or approve J&D Food Services’food purchasing, storage, sales and distribution policies to ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained. 3. Organize and optimize food wholesale departments, such as purchasing department, sales department and warehousing department, and identify key management positions in these departments. 4. Reasonably allocate materials, personnel and financial resources according to the needs of food wholesale, while ensuring that J & D Food Services remains competitive in terms of price competition, food quality and service. 5. Select and train middle and senior managers with food wholesale background and experience to ensure that they are familiar with the characteristics and challenges of the food industry. 6. Coordinate the work of various food wholesale departments to ensure the smooth flow of the supply chain, thereby providing customers with stable and efficient food supply services. 7. Represent J & D Food Services in negotiations with major food suppliers, large customers and other partners to ensure the company's position and interests in the food wholesale market.
