Education: Secondary school Main duties: • Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff; • Hire and train of new sales staff; • Resolve customer complaints; • Sell merchandise; • Control sales report and order merchandise; • Authorize payments and the return of merchandise; • Keep with Malls' laws and regulations.
