Compact Equipment Sales Manager

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our worksite products division located in Edmonton. This position is responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the department; managing and developing the sales staff; and assisting in managing branch account receivables. Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory. * Providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals. * Management and development of all employees in the Worksite Product Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees. * Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company. * Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures. * Assisting in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services and VP of Operations. * Other duties as required Qualifications: * Sales experience in the construction/forestry industry * Previous management experience * Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external clients * Candidates must be able to obtain or possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally * A recent drivers abstract will also be required To apply for this position please visit www.brandtjobs.com and enter the tracking code 2731-046 into the search field on the Job Opportunities page.
