- Pretty new man-made leather black couch for $700.00 or best offer - Couch was bought in October 2016 - 2 pcs sectional couch - The length of the sleeping area is 9-10' and the right facing chase is 5-10' - Very minor damage, you can barely see. The arm is slightly scratched as shown on the picture. - Regularly maintained with leather conditioner - It is not over used as we are only 2 residents in the apartment. We both go to work and so it is not being used during the day and we rarely have guests over. We are moving to a new place and we want a new color couch to move into and also to eliminate stuff to move out with. We have not traveled from the past 2 weeks.
