Why pay Edmonton prices for development land? Come to booming Saskatchewan where land prices are a lot cheaper. I have a 159.5 acre parcel two miles from the Regina city limit on highway 46. I One half mile of highway 46 frontage. It is presently zoned agricultural but with a proper plan, can be rezoned to either housing or commercial or industrial Huge aquifer underneath presently supplying three commercial wells and lots more available. Power line across the property and another along one edge of the property. I want $16,000 per acre, which at the present time, is the least expensive land on a paved highway this close to Regina.
