I'm offering a BlackBerry Pearl under Rogers. There is no contract with this phone,heck you'd probably have to get your own SIM Card.
Flaws I've noticed:
-No Media Card Latch
-No Sim Card Latch
-Decent amount of scratches
-TrackBall isn't FULLY fuctional
-Door latch broken
*I want $70 for it*
I can though attempt to repair the following:
-Full housing change (pick from white, red, or black)
-Trackball replacement (many colors to pick from, request your color!)
-Unlock phone to use with any GSM provider
-Fix Latch problems
